In June 2007, a bunch of artists met for a "paintout" at Riverbend, called together by Painter-in-residence (and painter buddy) Jack Warden (who coined the term "The Beauty Spot"). In the morning we painted and June Morning Riverbend (2007) is one of the paintings I completed. The spring mornings at Riverbend Park seem often to start out misty and subdued.
