Manzanilla, Mexico

Manzanilla, Mexico (1993) is a resort area. On a trip to Mexico, I did this little watercolor when stopped here for the afternoon. There aren't too many watercolors in this show. It's a medium I use more for sketching and preparing for larger works -- getting a feel for the color of a locale. The palms and the water are the stars in this painting.
