Temple Farm Creek

Temple Farm Creek won an "Equal Merit Award" (one of three
top prizes) at the League of Reston Artist's
April show at Rose Gallery in the Reston Community Center, Lake Anne
Plaza.
The show was judged by Deborah Ellis, a graduate of Radcliffe College
with a degree in fine arts who also studied at the Art Student's League
in NYC.
The painting was also selected for inclusion in Open Exhibition, 2004:
facilitated by the Arts Council of Fairfax County at the Verizon Gallery
on the Nova Annadale campus, this show took place from November 4, 2004
to December 3, 2004 with reception on November 11th from 6:00 PM to 8:00
PM. Juror: Paul B. Salmon.
The painting is in oil from reference photos taken in fall at Temple
Farm off Route 15 in Northern VA. Temple Farm is run by the State of Virginia.
