Yellow Reflection
oil on canvas
This was painted on site one afternoon during a trip with American Artist
magazine and later appeared in the February 1995 issue of the magazine.
I've always felt it classifies as a great painting. The yellow reflection,
by the way, is from a silo rising high above the pier. The tide was way
down and these small boats were docked at a floating pier alongside the
larger pier. Capische?
