I painted this little study on a piece of canvas as a compositional demo for an art class in the fall of 2001, and ended up with something I really liked. You never can tell what you're going to end up with. As I really liked it, I entered it in the July 2003 juried (judged) show at the Art League Gallery at the Torpedo Factory and it was accepted.
